Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy

Therapy sessions are held at a regular time slot each week. Therapy will entail: - Working together to understand the problems you’re facing - Identifying factors that are maintaining the problem - Learning skills to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours - Running experiments to test out unhelpful thoughts and beliefs - Working together to ensure that you have the tools you need to become your own therapist and prevent relapse If you would like to book a session, please contact me via email or book a free 15 minute consultation.
